Returns Policy

1. eligibility for return

30-Day returns on all purchased products

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

·         In its original, unused condition

·         Free from signs of installation, wear, or damage

·         Complete with all parts, hardware, assembly tools, and manuals

·         Returned in its original packaging

·         Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

This ensures the equipment can be put back into stock

2. How to start a return

To begin the return process, email us at enquiries@cling-on.co.uk

Once your request is approved:

·         We can arrange collection for you, and we will then issue a return shipping label

·         A courier will collect the item from your address

·         A collection date will be arranged that works for both parties

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the purchased products.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount. (Return & Restock fees)

For heavy or bulky items commonly used for home gyms, please ensure secure packaging. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging may result in a reduced refund.

4. Damaged or faulty products

If your gym equipment arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

·         Contact us as soon as you receive your order

·         Send clear photos of the damage or issue, including packaging, within 48 hours of receiving your order

·         We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or resolution

This helps us quickly address courier damage or manufacturing faults.

5. Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

·         Customised or personalised equipment

·         Products modified after purchase

Please make sure you are satisfied with any custom design or specification before completing your order.

6. Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected:

·         You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection

·         Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

·         Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

If the return doesn’t meet the conditions listed above, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on gym equipment.
If you need a different item, simply return your original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Missing or lost/late deliveries

If your gym equipment hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.

We will endeavour to provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed about the progress of your complaint. We undertake to check our system regularly for handling complaints and we welcome any suggestion you may have in relation to how this system may be improved.
