Free shipping

You’ll never pay for delivery to any UK address regardless of the quantity of gym equipment items that you order.
This includes heavy-duty products such as the functional fitness rigs and ceiling mounted frames

Quick delivery times

We aim to deliver all gym equipment orders within 3–5 working days.

Delivery times may vary during:

·         Peak fitness seasons (New Year, Black Friday, etc.)

·         Bank holidays

·         High-order periods or extreme weather

Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next working day.

Correct Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

UK warehouse dispatch

All gym equipment orders are processed and shipped from our UK warehouse at:

Free Click & Collect

You can collect your order for free from our Cubbington warehouse.
Please arrange a collection time in advance and bring your order confirmation email.

We operate Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Track your equipment order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Tracking is provided directly by our trusted courier partners.

Where we deliver to

·         Mainland UK: 3–5 working days

·         Northern Ireland: Delivery available (allow extra time)

·         Jersey & Guernsey: Not currently available

·         International shipping: Not available at this time

We focus on fast fulfilment for all UK home gym and commercial gym customers.

Delivery access guidance

Many gym products are heavy, large, or bulky. To ensure smooth delivery:

·         Couriers deliver to the ground floor main entrance only of apartment blocks and flats

·         Delivery into lifts, upstairs, or into rooms cannot be guaranteed

·         Customers are responsible for moving gym equipment indoors and to its final location

·         Please ensure suitable access for heavy or oversized items

These measures help protect both your equipment and courier staff during manual handling.

Vehicle access requirements for heavy gym equipment

Most large gym equipment deliveries are made using an 18 Tonne lorry (similar size to a bin lorry).
If your property cannot accommodate a vehicle of this size:

·         Contact us as soon as possible

·         We can request a smaller delivery vehicle where possible

·         Additional charges may apply

This ensures safe delivery of heavy-duty gym products.

Missed deliveries & Re-delivery charges

If no one is available during the scheduled delivery:

·         Couriers may charge for redelivery

·         Items returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for heavy fitness equipment.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to deliver gym equipment on time, occasional delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, or high-demand periods.
Cling-On cannot be held responsible for costs or losses resulting from delays, but we will always help resolve any issues quickly.
